The Friendship Factor

People are ladders, bridges and doors; answers to prayers..they make the world go round. However, many things have gotten in the way of maximizing this network. People often do not make requests of friends for fear of rejection. "I don't want to appear weak or unsuccessful", they think. This just might be pride. God's choice of answer for you might be in the network He's placed around you. On the other hand, the person being asked may not want to lose his possession or risk being taken advantage of. Therefore, he "posts" his friend who needs his help.
Life is a risk. We must risk loving and giving, to fully live and receive. Take advantage of your friendship network today. There's help in there for you.
Cheers!

Help!!

Help!! We all shout it. We all need it.. and often give it. It indicates a position of need or dilemma.
When we bow our heads to pray or stretch our hands to heaven..we somehow say "Help!"
But did you hear it today? In the eyes of the child in the streets. Or in that old man's bent over posture? In the beggar's limp on an overly burdened leg. In your mum's complaining that she needs someone to talk to or your friend's quiet statement 'I think I've lost you."

The world around us cries "Help" each day. Funny that we are so swamped with our own burdens that we do not hear.
